I’m not one of those career coaches who has had a perfect career. Not even by a stretch!
While I’ve had many “career wins” along the way (are we connected on LinkedIn?), my desire to serve as a coach has been built on the career challenges that truly tested me.
I’ve felt completely stuck, wondered if I could ever be who I truly am at work, and fought to shake off the limiting beliefs that threatened to derail my career and potential.
After years of working on releasing all that was holding me back, I knew that it was time to put my experiences to work for the good of others.
Today I am a Leadership and Executive Coach who blends the science-backed coach training I got at Brown University with my years of experience as a senior leader to support mid-career leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Amber Career Studio was to be a space that has healing energy. Where my clients and partners can come to exchange chaos for calm and turn frustration into the momentum to move forward.
Each session and offering has been intentionally crafted and inspired by countless conversations and hours of coaching where the refrain has been similar: you all have a deep need to live, work, and lead with a sense of purpose, peace, and possibility.
