I’m NOT a Career Coach who has had a perfect career.
I first shared these thoughts on my LinkedIn page, the place where I know I’m supposed to flex about all of my accomplishments. Now, I am VERY proud of the many things I’ve done and achieved in my career, but let me be real with you: the most professional and personal growth has happened in the shadow of the messy moments.
My coaching foundation has been built on career challenges that have truly tested and built my resilience and resolve. I’ve had moments that have shaken my confidence and forced me to get really clear on how I wanted to own who I really am and ALL that I can bring to the table.
Not perfect. Not by a stretch or a long shot, but I believe my experiences give me the range and the depth needed to meet people wherever they are.
I now help my clients (professionals who have found themselves in the “messy middle” of their careers) build the confidence to create changes. Whether it’s taking on new career challenges, owning their desire to pivot, or challenging the limiting beliefs blocking them from fully showing up in their roles, I’ve enjoyed helping them move on, forward, and up.
Here’s the thing: if you are in the middle of your career, you’ve still got many, MANY years left in the game. How do you want to spend your time? How do you want to FEEL about it?
At the core, this is about so much more than “what you do.” This is about living and working as who you truly are.
So, if you are:
💡Feeling like Imposter Syndrome has you in a chokehold
💡Letting your vision for the next chapter of your career collect dust
💡Tired of feeling like you need to jump through hoops to prove your worth
💡Wondering if joy, intention, and purpose can be a part of your career story
💡Needing the confidence to position yourself and negotiate for better opportunities
I can help you move forward. We spend literally thousands of hours of our LIVES working, don’t you think we should make it good?
If this is your season to make some changes, don’t be shy, get in touch! I’m jumping on Discovery Calls over the next two weeks to book coaching sessions for Fall 2023! I only work with a small number of clients at a time so call slots are limited.
What’s the change you’ve been wanting to make?
