We’re in the middle of our career story, and this is where it gets messy.
Things are feeling incredibly unpredictable. There’s the overwhelm, the anxiousness, doubt, and the exhaustion! Plus the to-do lists that just won’t quit.
We are thugging it out daily.
My coaching foundation has been built on career challenges that have truly tested and built my resilience and resolve. I’ve had moments that have shaken my confidence and forced me to get really clear on how I wanted to own who I really am and ALL that I can bring to the table.
Not perfect. Not even by a stretch or a long shot, but I believe my experiences give me the range and the depth needed to meet people wherever they are.
