Let’s exchange chaos for confidence.
Confusion for clarity.
And frustration for momentum.
Work with me to unlock your potential so you can rise to the challenges of the next stage of your career.
Feeling stuck in your career isn’t just about not knowing what’s next—it’s about the inner dialogue that keeps telling you why you can’t move forward.
Maybe you tell yourself you should be grateful for what you have, even though you’re deeply unfulfilled.
Maybe you believe you’re too late to make a change, even though you’re craving something different.
Maybe you feel like you’re not ready—but the truth is, you’ve been waiting for permission that isn’t coming.
On the outside, you probably look put together. Capable. Successful. But inside? You feel unsettled, disconnected, maybe even like a version of yourself you don’t recognize anymore.
It’s not just about your career. It’s about the story you’re living in. And if that story no longer fits, it’s time to rewrite it so you can feel confident moving your career forward.
A Custom Coaching Partnership for Mid-Career Professionals & Emerging Leaders
“Momentum” is the three-month coaching partnership I created after working with mid-career professionals who all shared a common struggle: they weren’t just stuck in their jobs—they were stuck in the stories they were telling themselves about what was possible.
Here’s what I’ve found: deep down, you know you’re meant for more. You’re not here to settle, coast, or force yourself into a version of success that no longer fits. You want a career that feels aligned, fulfilling, and true to who you are now—but figuring out how to make that shift? That’s where the work begins.
Coaching with me isn’t about generic career advice or surface-level fixes. It’s about getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, challenging the stories that are no longer serving you, and building a path forward that actually fits who you are now. Here’s how we’ll work together:
You might think the problem is a lack of direction, but it’s usually deeper than that. Together, we’ll uncover the narratives shaping your decisions, the patterns keeping you in place, and the blind spots that might be holding you back.
Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear of making the wrong move—it all comes from the internal stories we carry. In coaching, we don’t just talk about change. We reframe the way you see yourself, your options, and your potential.
Clarity isn’t something you “wait for”—it’s something you build through intentional action. You’ll leave each session with a concrete plan that feels both strategic and true to you—whether that’s preparing for a pivot, stepping into leadership, or simply making your next move with confidence.
This work isn’t just about your next career step—it’s about reshaping the way you make decisions, take risks, and show up for yourself. By the time we’re done, you won’t just have a plan—you’ll have the confidence and mindset to navigate whatever comes next.
I designed this partnership to help you challenge the narratives keeping you stuck and turn your frustration into the momentum to move forward.

Q&A
Book your Discovery Call with me. You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll enter in your name and email. Our call is free, 30 minutes, and the best way for us to imagine working together. I look forward to meeting you!
You might not know what “moving forward” looks like right now (this is where coaching enters the chat!), but you recognize that you are nearing the point or have reached the point of no return: you are determined to move past your blocks and get on with living your life and building your career on your terms!
The best way to discover if this is the move for you is to schedule a call!
People who aren’t coachable and have a fixed mindset or fatalistic thinking aren’t right for this partnership.
People who don’t have any motivation to change their life right now.
If you’re in a space where you don’t care what type of work you do (and how you do it), and you’re just in it for the paycheck, (no judgment!) we’re probably not the best fit to work together.
I tend to work with people who definitely care about their coins, but they care about HOW they are doing the work. In fact, a big source of their frustration is the disconnect between how they spend their days and how they actually WANT to spend their days.
Private Coaching Sessions are currently $1500 for three months of coaching.
Coaching accessibility is important to me, so I offer coaching options at a variety of price points and also offer payment plans.
When we talk on your Discovery Call, I can suggest an option that meets you where you are.
Absolutely! I can work with you to find the intersection between what you need professionally and personally and draft a proposal that reflects your goals for professional development.
Clients who have worked with me have gained the confidence to pursue new career directions, and have cultivated clarity around what they wanted, which lead them to pursue and land dream roles.
They have developed the courage to ask for what they needed in terms of compensation and recognition of responsibilities (and gotten both). And they have learned how to release or reframe the negative internal stories holding them back so that they could improve their mindset and their work performance.
They developed the belief that they can sustain this energy and built the tools to do so.
I share some of their stories in their words around this site.
Our time together is finite, but my goal is to help you get results and build a personal framework for yourself that can see you through sustainably in the future.
Coaching is a powerful tool that can lead you to transformation in your life and career.
As your coach, I am a partner in our equitable relationship, meaning that I’m not there to tell you “what to do” or “give you advice” but to challenge and champion you as we work through your blocks.
The biggest difference between coaching and mentorship, consulting, or therapy is that the client (you!) is regarded as being creative, resourceful, whole, and very capable of discovering answers within yourself with coaching support.
My goal is always to create space for you to explore, offer accountability, and ask powerful questions that help you shift your perspective and mindset. All wrapped up in a framework that is the tool needed to get you moving forward!
I’m a coach, so I will always say that investing in yourself is a worthy endeavor!
Once we’re beyond our college and university years, investing in our development mostly falls on us. It becomes easy to spend years going through the motions and not stopping to reflect on if these motions are taking us in the direction we really want to go.
I still remember the first time I invested in coaching. It was scary, exhilarating, and ultimately life-changing.
The right investment in yourself moves you forward in more ways than one. Not only do you stop wasting precious time, there is something that shifts in your energy and mindset when you bet on yourself.
Investing in coaching is betting on yourself.
Whether it is today, or further down the line, know that you are always worth it.
I liken it to if we take a little Kelis, mix in Beyonce (in the Renaissance era, of course), and add in a dash of Oprah. In other words, grounded, dedicated to my craft, and exuberant.
I’m not a hard ass, but my belief in you is hardcore.
I am certified as a Leadership and Executive Coach via The Brown University School of Professional Studies and the ACT Leader program. I chose leadership specifically because I wanted to help more people take the lead in their lives and work with emerging leaders who want to lead in new, human-centered ways.
I like to say that I’m “more flow, less hustle” and that is the energy I embody. I like to help my clients find the calm in the chaos so they can reconnect with who they truly are and how they want to show up in the world.
I am a big proponent of “career wellness” which means I believe that your career/job/role is a piece of your life (if it’s not a well-suited piece, talk to me!) but not the totality of it.
Your job isn’t your worth or your value as a human. It’s an opportunity for you to serve yourself and the world in whatever way fits with your ethos.
